Terms of Publication
The editorial board of the international scientific journal “Computer Systems and Information Technologies” accepts original research papers that present the results of fundamental and applied studies in the field of computer systems, information technologies, and related scientific areas.
The journal is focused on publishing modern scientific results and practical developments of researchers and professionals in the fields of information technology, computer engineering, and computer science.
The scope of the journal includes, in particular:
- software engineering;
- computer science;
- computer engineering;
- information systems and information technologies;
- architecture and design of computer systems;
- data processing and data analysis technologies;
- artificial intelligence, machine learning, and intelligent systems;
- computer networks, cybersecurity, and information protection;
- modern information technologies in science, education, and industry.
Publication Language
Articles are accepted in English.
Manuscripts must be prepared at a high academic level and carefully edited.
The editorial board reserves the right to reject manuscripts containing numerous language errors or prepared solely using automatic translation tools.
Submission of Materials
The manuscript should be submitted in electronic form:
- through the article submission system on the official journal website;
- or by e-mail to the editorial office with subsequent submission through the journal system.
After submission, changes in the list of authors are allowed only in exceptional cases and must be approved by the editorial office.
Author Information
A separate file containing information about the authors in Ukrainian and English must be submitted with the manuscript.
The following information should be provided:
- surname, first name, and patronymic of the author;
- academic degree and academic title (if available);
- position and full name of the institution;
- postal address of the institution;
- ORCID;
- contact e-mail address.
File Requirements
File names must correspond to the surname of the first author.
Files should be submitted in Microsoft Word format.
Review Process
The date of submission is considered to be the date when the manuscript is received by the editorial office.
All manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer review process.
Manuscripts that do not correspond to the scope of the journal or do not meet the formatting requirements may be rejected by the editorial board without further consideration. Authors will be notified of the decision by e-mail.
